Yes. Santa listens and answers in real time; it is not a recorded message. Santa is an AI voice, not a person.

What makes the call personal?

The details you add: what your child loves, something they did well, something you’d like Santa to encourage. You can change them for every call. Because the conversation is live, we can’t promise that Santa says a particular sentence.
